The toxicology tests on Billy Mays showed therapeutic amounts of painkillers hydrocodone, oxycodone and tramadol, as well as anti-anxiety drugs alprazolam and diazepam. It was also announced that cocaine was found as well. The family didn't see that coming and wants a second look. Drug use and/or abuse is a crazy and secretive thing. The husband of the Long Island woman, who killed herself and the kids she was driving, is also in denial claiming that there is no way she was an alcoholic or drug abuser. Really? That was the first time she smoked weed and had a blood alcohol level over two times the limit? C'mon. Unfortunately, drugs are pervasive and easy to get in this country. Many times you can score them from your doctor(s) - think Michael Jackson or Heath Ledger - or get them off the street. I am not sure it can be stopped. I think the bigger question is why do people, even those like Billy Mays who have the world at their fingertips, feel they need something to escape?
