British Health Care Savings

Great Britain recently unveiled a shatterproof pint glass intended to save the government money by cutting health care costs. It seems there are about 87,000 alcohol-related glass attacks each year over there which ends up costing around $4.3 billion dollars a year to their National Health Service. Really? And this health care system is what many are holding up as something to aspire to? Cheers and good luck with that.
