The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) said that male breast reduction operations have increased by 28% last year. It is now the second most popular cosmetic operation for men behind getting a nose job. The president elect of this group states that around 30% of men are sent away to improve their diet and exercise more before getting the operation. I know that "man boobs" are bothersome but how are they pulling this off in their socialized health care system? The answer is, they are not. Cosmetic surgery is paid out of pocket. I guess that system has caveats/exclusions for vanity. Good thing, too. Sometimes a "manzeer" or "bro" just won't do.
