On the website called The Clinical Advisor there was a call out for people to send in their most memorable patient experiences. Most of the responses I saw were "touchy feely" (patient seeks reassurance, teen patient with vaginal discomfort, etc.) and that was nice but boooorinnnnnng. Then there was this story - Patient presents with a "smoking penis". It seems the author missed an opportunity to submit to the Placebo Journal. It just reassures me that we are doing something right.
