With all the prescription narcotic abuse going the DEA, FDA and the DHHS have come to the conclusion that it is the doctors' fault. They are asking Congress to have physicians go through special training before they can prescribe narcotics. What? We did go through special training. It is called medical school and residency. This is another idiotic regulation. In order to catch the less than 1% of docs who are unethical and running pill mills they have decided to torture the rest of us. How about the government get some special training in catching these docs and narc seekers? The next thing they are going to make me do is retrain in how to use the damn guaiac converter to check for blood in the stool. Oh, wait, they do that. Ridiculous.
