Heart Attack Grill in the News Again

The Heart Attack Grill restaurant chain has filed a federal lawsuit against the 2nd Avenue Deli in NY accusing it of stealing its "idea to spoof healthy eating with calorie-bomb entrees like the three-patty Triple Bypass Burger". I have blogged a couple times about this restaurant before. The Manhattan deli has a triple bypass sandwich and a heart attack sandwich. Wow, this is getting serious and more sad by the second. If I was the judge I would say that until the NY deli has a spokesperson die from his obesity then they should cease and desist. Fair is fair.
