The report on AOL has a headline as follows:
What does she have? Here is a hint. Whitney is a 47 year-old female with a long history of cigarette smoking. And no, it is not cancer. Her deadly disease is.........a mild case of COPD (emphysema) and there are thoughts that maybe that is why her shows have been cancelled or subpar.
She obviously needs to quit the habit but how ridiculous is this story? Whitney has a long history of bad habits (drugs, poor performances, severe weight loss, inability to dance, Bobby Brown, etc) and even though her rep denies this story, I can buy it. Why? Because smoking is bad for you. I am more disturbed with how AOL tried to grab readers with an over-exaggerated headline. Evidently it worked as it grabbed my attention. Damn.
