Really? So that old adage that "time equals muscle" is true? I hope there was some big funding for this one. The goal of this study in JAMA, it seems, was to show that there needs to be a way to make sure chest pain patients get into the closest hospital and this relates to ER overcrowding. This shouldn't be a problem, by the way, when the new Healthcare Reform Act adds over 30 million people to the rolls with not enough primary care doctors to see them.
