
Talk about dilemmas. In a recent Archives of Dermatology there is an example of how a 17-year-old girl had lost her ability to text. The story goes that she had a really terrible case of sweaty palms to the point where she had to get Botox injections into them. After 30 shots (I wonder how much that doctor is making?) she finally got relief but her dexterity to text people was compromised. And you thought dermatology was not a life saving specialty? Just look at the issues they are addressing.
