Begging for a Freeze

Consumer groups in Mass. are wanting an insurance freeze for 2012 to keep the rates down. Even in their supposed "utopia" of a socialized healthcare system they are finding out more and more that the costs cannot be contained. At least not the way they are going about it. Little hint: get those people who are NOT directly treating patients out of the system. Anyway, they are resorting to media play and begging. Pathetic. And it won't work.
