Speech Recognition Software is Great! Right?

This came from a physician friend of mine.

Our radiologist is using speech recognition software.  Apparently, he doesn't get paid enough to proof read. 

I just got this as the IMPRESSION line on a CT of the C-Spine.  (The patient was my medical partner who fell of a ladder painting in 105 degree heat and busted his head open.  He couldn't tell me what month it was when he got here, or how he got here or why...this impression reads as if he had dictated it whilst in the throes of his stellar concussion. He's ok.)
