I have heard many doctors joke that we are all just employees of the insurance companies. Well, you know what? That may be true. UnitedHealth has just purchased a California group of 2,300 doctors called Monarch HealthCare. I love the
title of this article in the WSJ. It sounds like human trafficking because, well, it is! Doctors being bought by insurance companies seems to be a future trend. I guess conflict of interests means nothing anymore. It also proves that some people will do anything for money. Even joining the Medical Axis of Evil.
